As Chairman of the Board, Steve brings years of executive healthcare experience to CredenceHealth. Steve also serves as Chairman of Amsurg Corporation (NASDAQ: AMSG); Chairman of Qualifacts Systems, Inc.; a director of CCRx and of Addus HomeCare Corporation; and, is a member of the Executive Board of Cressey and Co., a private equity firm. He retired as President and CEO of PCS Health Systems, Inc., a pharmacy benefits manager, now part of CVS/Caremark, a position he attained when Clinical Pharmaceuticals, Inc., of which he was a Founder, Chairman and CEO, was acquired by PCS. Prior to then, Steve held senior management positions in the hospital management and managed care industries.
As a founder of CredenceHealth, Justin’s knowledge, experience, and proven track record in helping clients achieve optimal performance and maximize their investments, serves as the foundation for CredenceHealth solutions. Justin brings years of experience as a business, product, technology, strategy, and innovation leader in healthcare. Justin also serves on multiple non-profit boards, as well as participating as an active member in a number of other organizations, including: HIMSS, Nashville Health Care Council, Leadership Health Care Council, Alignment Nashville, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), and Phoenix Club of Nashville. Justin holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering Physics from Missouri State University.
As a founder of CredenceHealth and full-time clinician, Chris identified an opportunity to operationalize a scalable solution for improving clinical care and lowering costs, by focusing on and measuring outcomes and examining the additional costs associated with adverse outcomes. Chris is a full-time surgeon who provides the perspective of a business-minded clinician in his role as CMO. He holds a Bachelors degree in Biological Engineering from The University of Georgia and a Medical Doctorate degree from the Medical College of Georgia.
Marty brings to CredenceHealth over fifteen years of experience designing and implementing information technology solutions, as well as a tremendous depth of knowledge and executive experience within the hospital management sector. As COO, Marty is responsible for assuring the ultimate customer experience and maximize ROI for our clients. Marty holds a Bachelors degree in Information and Decision Sciences from the University of Illinois and earned his MBA from Northern Illinois University.
As CTO, Jacob is responsible for working with clients existing IT infrastructure and directing the development of CredenceHealth solutions to maximize integration effectiveness and maintain the usability of our interface options. Prior to joining CredenceHealth, Jacob served as the lead architect for top initiatives within leading high-growth healthcare and finance companies. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
Terri leads CredenceHealth’s clinical solutions innovation and service delivery, drawing upon more than fifteen years of combined experience as an RN, IT clinical designer, and implementation consultant. Her experience includes process improvement efforts relating to Clinical Surveillance, CPOE, Disease Management, and Managed Care. She has assisted numerous healthcare organizations in defining clinical strategy, implementing technology and workflow improvements, and leveraging IT to enhance clinical decision support efforts at the point-of-care. Prior to joining CredenceHealth, Terri was the Manager of Clinical Consulting Services at Thomson Reuters. Terri received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University.
