History of Relationship

In October of 2008, CredenceHealth partnered with Nashville General Hospital (NGH) to begin piloting CHlive within the hospital environment on a single floor. The implementation process for NGH was completed in less than three weeks, after which time clinicians and administrators were able to recognize the tremendous potential of the system. In April of 2009, NGH chose to expand use of CHlive throughout the hospital, based on their initial testing and realization of the value that it offered. The ability to access meaningful clinical information and receive timely feedback that enables providers to actively improve quality in the hospital has provided compelling testimonials and proof of concept.
